The tool of giving and receiving feedback in today’s fast-paced working environment is without a doubt one of the most important mechanisms in employee development. Yet, organizations are still holding on to formal review structures. Thus, fostering a transparent feedback culture is a challenge that most organizations face nowadays. To address this challenge effectively, we analyzed our current feedback culture through a survey. From the results, we created a workshop to use internally to cultivate our own feedback culture further. This workshop will be held in mid-January as a part of the introduction of our new members.
