- A Competitor analysis, identifying archetypes and future developments
- A Customer analysis, including > 15 interviews and a customer journey analysis
- Entry recommendations, developing three distinct business models
The project was diverse in terms of team composition and tasks as well as tools. Next to the customer interviews, MSC drew upon its vast network to conduct several expert interviews. Due to COVID-19, large parts of the project communication happened online or in small teams, which the team handled extremely well. Besides a mid-term presentation halfway through the project and weekly client updates, a presentation in the final project week completed the cooperation successfully. Working with this particular client was very enlightening – next to receiving positive feedback on the deliverables itself, the entire team appreciated the collaborative nature of the project.
