Just before Christmas, six of our consultants completed an 8-week project with a young premium pisco brand produced in Peru. The two alumni of Maastricht University, who founded their company in 2020 and have so far sold their product exclusively in Mexico, worked with MSC to prepare the entry and penetration of the European market. To this end, MSC conducted a legal, logistical and financial assessment of the respective European countries. The end result was a consultancy report and financial model aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and ensuring a smooth entry into the European market.
It was a great pleasure to work with two former students and young entrepreneurs. MSC hopes to continue to be part of the company’s journey in the future and wishes much success for the upcoming months and years.
