On October 1, SMP Strategy Consulting organized an online workshop in cooperation with Maastricht Student Consulting.
In the beginning, SMP introduced itself and also got to know MSC. Thereafter, the topic of the workshop, namely the concept of customer experience, was explained. It was especially interesting to get a deeper understanding of how an especially good customer experience leads to higher satisfaction, customer loyalty, and willingness to pay and thus also increase a company’s revenue.
Afterward, our consultants were able to apply their newly acquired knowledge in an extensive case study. In teams of 4-5 people, our consultants discussed the problem at hand and used their problem-solving and analytical skills to achieve the best results. In a final pitch, the MSC members were challenged by difficult questions from the SMP consultants and had to use their full potential of persuasion to satisfy the imaginary client.
We all learned a lot during this online event and look forward to further joint workshops. Many thanks to our partner SMP for the challenging and exciting afternoon.
